Job Summary
Oversee management and operations of homeowner associations across assigned communities; manage budgets and financial reports, coordinate maintenance and vendors to uphold community standards; ensure compliance with governing documents, covenants, and local regulations; facilitate and attend board meetings and community events; address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in community or property management.
- Strong understanding of HOA policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- CMCA certification or similar preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively
