Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of LIHTC and Section 8 properties, managing leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Develop operational policies, prepare financial reports, and monitor budgets to achieve financial and occupancy goals. Supervise staff, coordinate repairs, and maintain accurate tenant records to uphold safety standards and regulatory adherence. Foster community engagement through resident events and stakeholder relationships. Full-time role with an annual salary of $55k-$60k, including extensive health benefits and retirement matching.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of property management experience, with a focus on LIHTC properties
- Knowledge of both LIHTC and Section 8 regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in property management (e.g., COS, CPM, CAM, or HCCP)
