Job Summary
Community Manager at Peak Living oversees on-site operations for a LIHTC-focused multifamily community, supervising staff, ensuring tax credit compliance, leading leasing and marketing efforts, handling resident relations, processing renewals, reviewing revenues and delinquencies, and producing weekly/monthly reports. Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, occupancy management, move-in/out inspections, and organizing resident activities while maintaining lease terms and maximizing occupancy and revenue. Qualifications emphasize a strong track record in on-site property management, a high school diploma, and preferred CAM/ARM, HCCP, and COS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience as an onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar industry
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- College education, CAM or ARM certification preferred
- Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation preferred (for LIHTC)
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation preferred (for Section 8)
- 1 year of experience in LIHTC communities
- Valid driver's license
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
