Job Summary
Experienced STRATA-licensed Community Manager needed in Vancouver to oversee property management for a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties. Lead relationship management with strata council clients, manage day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial activities, attend council meetings/AGMs (in person or virtually), ensure compliance with provincial legislation governing third-party property management, implement company policies, maintain property knowledge, demonstrate fiscally responsible financial management, and supervise site staff and contractors to maximize property performance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Strata Management license
- 2+ years of experience in strata management (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using web apps
- Strong customer service and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
