Manages the day-to-day operations of Greystar properties on the South Shore (MA), leading property teams, overseeing budgeting and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and other multi-family housing regulations; drives occupancy and revenue through strategic leasing, rent collection, and renewal activity; supervises leasing and maintenance staff, coordinates vendor and client/owner communications, conducts property inspections, and maintains resident satisfaction and property appearance.
