Job Summary
Conduct all business in accordance with company handbook, standard operating procedures, and federal laws while coordinating apartment community operations and supervising on-site staff. Manage financial goals by maintaining accurate transaction records, overseeing collections, and assisting with annual budgets. Ensure community occupancy targets are met through market analysis, leasing support, and resident retention programs. Audit lease documents, process vendor communications, and lead emergency response teams to minimize liabilities. Serve as a liaison with local government officials and maintain daily safety checks across the property.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 - 5 years previous experience with residential property management
- Knowledge of Multi-Family Operating Systems
- familiarity with multiple PC software packages such as Microsoft Office
- familiarity with Internet & Windows
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication (written/oral) skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow through on assignments with little direction
