Job Summary
Curate and nurture conversations about Silencer Central products online to increase brand engagement and customer loyalty. Monitor and manage online reputation while engaging with target audiences across owned channels, Suppressor/NFA Facebook groups, Subreddits, YouTube, and industry forums like Snipers Hide and AR15. Moderate content and respond to feedback on social media, forums, and third-party review sites to provide real-time service recovery. Develop strategies that grow brand advocacy and enhance engagement, while gathering feedback to inform the Voice of the Customer strategy. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align on leads and content curation. Maintain a professional brand voice and analyze review data to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, journalism, or communications
- 3-5 years of community management, social media strategy, customer service, or related experience
- Experience with Meta, Google, and TrustPilot
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate these skills in a written test prior to an offer being made
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, departmental, and corporate goals
- Ability to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of reputation monitoring and review management platforms like Brand24 and BirdEye
- Knowledge of and passion for hunting and shooting sports and/or firearms
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, journalism, or communications, English major preferred
- Ideal candidate is empathetic, friendly, and outgoing
- Ideal candidate is a critical thinker with good judgement and problem-solving ability
- Excellent attention to detail
