Job Summary
Lead Community, Events, Performance, and Offerings as one integrated activation function for Sanabil's early-stage founder community in Saudi Arabia. Build membership criteria, onboarding lifecycles, and rituals; plan and run a consistent event cadence (founder dinners, masterclasses, demo nights, AMAs, partner sessions, and flagship events); manage the full event lifecycle (briefs, run-of-show, speakers, registrations, hosting, follow-up); curate founder perks and deals across cloud, software, legal, banking, talent, and operations; negotiate exclusive terms with partners; maintain the community scorecard (attendance, NPS, repeat visits, new members, pipeline contribution); coordinate with accelerator partners and studio teams; be on stage when needed as MC and facilitator; activate alumni and senior operators as a living layer of the community; fluent in Arabic and English, comfortable with data-driven leadership and KPI reporting; willing to work evenings and some weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years building communities, programs, or running operator-facing events in venture, accelerator, startup, or premium hospitality contexts
- Experience running a recurring event cadence at scale with measurable results
- Originated partnerships and negotiated real commercial terms (not just logos)
- Ability to make clear, structured decisions under pressure and publish KPIs
- Highly organized with an operating system built around tools
- Fluency in Arabic and English; comfortable in founder DMs, partner negotiations, and leadership readouts
- Willingness to work an event schedule including evenings and occasional weekends
- Bonus: Existing network in the Saudi or GCC founder ecosystem and prior VC platform experience
