Job Summary
As Community Manager for a residential property in San Antonio, you will lead daily operations, own the property’s performance, and drive financial health. You’ll manage the budget, oversee rent collection and delinquency, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with fair housing laws. You will recruit, train, and mentor the onsite team, oversee hiring and payroll, drive leasing to maintain high occupancy, oversee marketing and lease renewals, and foster strong resident relationships. You’ll enforce community policies, coordinate events, conduct property inspections, manage vendor relationships, and support a positive living environment focused on resident satisfaction and community building.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a Property Manager, Community Manager, or similar leadership role
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Proven budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations experience
