Community Manager - Sales Focused (Community Operations)

Job Summary
Oversee daily community operations including budgeting, rent collection, vendor management, and ensuring property standards and safety compliance. Drive occupancy through full prospect lifecycle management, from lead follow-up and appointment setting to tours and closing, while tracking pipeline activity and managing lease renewals. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns professionally and fostering a welcoming environment. Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and assistant community managers, setting expectations and holding staff accountable for performance. Manage capital projects and home inventory to ensure assets are completed on time and within budget. Report directly to a Regional Manager, with availability for on-call emergencies, weekend work, and quarterly travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays
- Available for on-call/after business hour emergencies
- Must be flexible and available for travel for company training and events requiring attendance once per quarter, including occasional overnight travel as needed
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Must be able to lift packages up to 20 lbs
- Frequently required to walk
- Frequent exposure to outside weather conditions
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background investigation including pre-employment drug screening
