Community Manager - Sales Focused (Community Operations)

Job Summary
Oversee daily community operations including budgeting, rent collection, vendor management, and maintaining property standards while monitoring occupancy, revenue, and delinquency metrics. Drive sales performance by managing the full prospect lifecycle from lead follow-up to closing, executing outreach strategies, and overseeing lease renewals. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents to address concerns and resolve issues promptly, while leading a team of maintenance technicians and assistant community managers. Ensure all activities comply with company policies and applicable laws, coordinate capital projects on time and within budget, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance. Report directly to a Regional Manager and work flexible hours including Saturdays and on-call availability for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays
- Must be available for on-call/after business hour emergencies
- Must be flexible and available for travel for company training and events requiring attendance once per quarter, including occasional overnight travel as needed
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Must be able to lift packages up to 20 lbs
- Must be able to walk frequently
- Must be able to be exposed to outside weather conditions
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background investigation including pre-employment drug screening
