Job Summary
Lead property staff through interviews, onboarding, training, and quarterly assessments while driving performance indicators and managing disciplinary actions. Conduct ongoing operational training on leasing, safety, and daily needs, and motivate associates via recognition programs to boost morale. Promote resident satisfaction by promptly resolving service requests and collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure timely responses. Assist in budget preparation, complete financial reporting, and analyze market trends to implement leasing strategies that achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Manage client/owner relationships through tours, updates, and responsive communication. Handle eviction procedures, including notice requirements and court representation as needed. Maintain a flexible schedule covering weekdays, nights, and weekends to meet business demands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 1-2 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience
- 3 + years of related multi-family property management experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Team player, professional, and effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
- A flexible schedule is required and hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver, as applicable
