Job Summary
Lead property staff by conducting interviews, overseeing onboarding, training, and managing timesheet approvals while driving performance indicators and handling disciplinary actions. Conduct ongoing training on leasing paperwork and workplace safety, analyze market trends to implement leasing strategies, and manage eviction procedures including court representation. Promote resident satisfaction by responding to complaints, collaborating with maintenance on service requests, and assisting owners with property tours and budget reporting. Maintain adherence to approved budgets and complete monthly variance reports. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and Saturdays, with a Bachelor's degree or three years of multi-family property management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 1-2 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience
- 3 + years of related multi-family property management experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Team player, professional, and effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
- A flexible schedule is required and hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver, as applicable
