Job Summary
Lead the full performance of the community with direct accountability for occupancy, NOI, and team execution. Drive occupancy to 95%+ through effective leasing strategy and lead conversion while managing delinquency and expenses to protect and grow NOI. Lead and develop leasing and service teams to meet performance expectations, executing retention strategies to maintain strong renewal rates and resident satisfaction. Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance, asset quality, and brand standards. This role requires hitting financial targets, maintaining strong retention, and operating a well-run, high-standard community. You must be performance-driven, hold yourself and others accountable to clear metrics, and make decisions that impact the bottom line. Work M-F with evenings and weekends as needed.
