Community Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of a Greystar property in Redmond, including supervising staff, managing budgets and financial reporting, ensuring lease enforcement, coordinating marketing/revenue strategies, and maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction while complying with applicable laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capabilities
- Specialized skills: valid driver's license to drive golf cart on property; on-site staff must also have valid license
- Proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management; strong aptitude with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite preferred)
