Job Summary
Oversee daily community operations, leading onsite teams to achieve financial and resident satisfaction goals. Manage property budgets, rent collections, and accounts receivable while reviewing lease documentation for compliance. Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure efficient operations and respond to resident concerns or emergencies. Conduct property inspections to maintain safety standards and curb appeal. Prepare operational and financial reports for leadership. This role requires two years of multifamily experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with property management software. Full medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) match, are included.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of multifamily property management experience
- including leasing and operational oversight experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Experience managing budgets, rent collections, accounts receivable, and property financial performance
- Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and property improvement initiatives
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Yardi, ResMan, OneSite, or other property management software
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and multifamily housing compliance requirements
- Bilingual skills
