Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a 459-lot manufactured home community in Lothian, Maryland, including rent collection, lease processing, and issuing legally required notices. Enforce community standards by issuing violations, managing eviction proceedings, and addressing resident concerns to ensure a safe environment. Coordinate maintenance needs, manage vendor relationships, and conduct background checks for prospective residents. Act as the primary liaison between the company and residents, providing park literature and settling non-monetary issues. Maintain accurate records in rent software and prospect tracking systems while recommending improvements to the assigned community.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn and be proficient with operations system
- Proficiency in using computer software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity of Fair Housing laws in assigned state and county
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Self Motivated
- Comfortable being hands on and being on your feet
- Mobility to constantly alternate between sitting, standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling as required to perform job responsibilities
- 25% or more of the time will be spent walking around assigned properties daily
- After-hours and weekend phone availability
