Job Summary

Community Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations at the assigned property, acting as liaison between the company and residents, managing rent collection, lease documentation, notices, eviction proceedings for delinquent accounts, enforcing rules, processing applications, showing homes to prospective residents, addressing resident issues, coordinating with third-party contractors, overseeing maintenance, and providing feedback for improvements while ensuring Fair Housing compliance and strong customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations software, excellent communication and organizational skills, and hands-on engagement with on-site activities are required.

Required Qualifications
