Job Summary
Community Manager for Pinecrest at Tanger responsible for overseeing daily apartment-community operations, delivering excellent resident service, supervising onsite management staff, coordinating leasing activities and events, ensuring compliance with housing regulations, managing vendor relations and contracts, driving budget performance and cost control, collaborating with Marketing for outreach, and maintaining high standards of property upkeep and resident satisfaction. The role involves lease administration, move-in/move-out coordination, safety and risk management, and partnership with Center Management and People & Culture to uphold Tanger policies. Requires 4-6 years in residential/property management, high school diploma or equivalent, and supervisory experience; a Bachelor's or CPM and related designations are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4-6 years experience in residential or property management
- Knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations and other laws related to property specific guidelines
- LRO, Microsoft Office and experience in MRI preferred
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Possess and be able to maintain a valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- Bachelor’s degree or CPM highly preferred; Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) or HCCP designation preferred
