Job Summary
Supervise all community associates and ensure the property adheres to tax credit requirements. Respond to resident requests promptly, resolve issues, and direct marketing efforts while preparing lease paperwork and securing renewals. Collect rents and deposits daily, lead budget management, and generate weekly and monthly reports for the Regional Manager. Organize resident activities, maintain loyalty programs, and research competitor rates quarterly to align pricing with market conditions. Identify efficiency improvements to maximize community profitability.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience as an onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar industry
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
Desired Qualifications
- College education
- CAM or ARM certification
- Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation
- 1 year of experience in LIHTC communities
