Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned property, manage the property team and resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals, ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws (Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA), participate in budgeting and financial reporting, drive occupancy and revenue through leasing and marketing strategies, supervise staff and residents’ services, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and ensure property maintenance, inspections, and safety standards are met; California-specific process may apply with Lease File Checklist; requires strong communication, leadership, and customer service to promote resident satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative team member
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property
