Job Summary
Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, supervise onsite staff and vendors, and adhere to legal and financial deadlines. Manage profitability, control costs, and maintain the operating budget while proactively addressing escalated resident concerns to ensure top-tier living experiences. This multifamily property management role requires 2+ years of experience, proficiency in Yardi or similar software, and the ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily property management
- Previous experience overseeing direct reports, including maintenance personnel and contractors
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficient in strategic advertising, marketing, leasing, and community promotion, with awareness of competitive market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time, climb, bend, and squat
- Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
