Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations at the Palmeri Residences, a Class A apartment community, by monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide supervision of onsite staff and vendors while adhering to deadlines for legal and financial responsibilities. Manage profitability and cost control by maintaining the operating budget and proactively addressing escalated resident concerns to ensure a top-tier living experience. This role requires a minimum of two years of multifamily property management experience, proficiency in strategic advertising and leasing, and familiarity with Yardi software. The position involves working inside and outside in all weather conditions, including physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily property management
- Previous experience overseeing direct reports, including maintenance personnel and contractors
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficient in strategic advertising, marketing, leasing, and community promotion, with awareness of competitive market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time, climb, bend, and squat
- Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
