Job Summary
Community Manager for NoGigiddy, responsible for moderating and growing the online community across Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit, and social channels; create regular content (polls, threads, announcements, conversation starters); identify top members; surface insights to product and content teams; coordinate with social and support teams to resolve escalated issues; monitor community health metrics and report trends weekly. Requires no degree, proven experience managing or growing online communities, strong written communication with a warm, authentic voice, empathy, organization, and familiarity with Discord/Facebook Groups/Reddit moderation tools. Role is fully remote with growth opportunities in leadership within the community and brand teams.

- Proven experience managing or growing an online community (any platform)
- Strong written communication with a warm, authentic voice
- Empathetic and patient — you handle frustrated members without losing your cool
- Organized enough to stay on top of multiple community channels at once
- Familiarity with Discord, Facebook Groups, or Reddit moderation tools
- Hourly pay of $17–$24/hr
