Job Summary
Community Manager role focused on building and sustaining an engaging learning community at Musicologie and Early Edge Education. On-site leadership at the Millburn/Short Hills, NJ studio (and Newark, NJ site) overseeing student/parent/teacher experiences, enrollment growth, and events; responsible for inquiries management, inbound/outbound sales, enrollment pathways, local marketing, and partnership development; leads hiring, onboarding, coaching of instructors, and daily studio operations, ensuring high-quality learning experiences across both brands; requires strong communication, customer care, leadership, and tech-savvy use of CRM and scheduling tools. Typical hours include afternoons and evenings with some weekend presence; base salary 47k–53k plus incentives and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, lead calling, or customer care
- Ability to lead enrollment growth and community programming
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and coaching instructors
- Proficiency with CRM and scheduling systems
- On-site studio management experience
- Willingness to work afternoons/evenings and weekends
