Job Summary
Manage all day-to-day property operations including leasing, occupancy, maintenance, rent collections, and financial reporting. Conduct business in accordance with Fair Housing and other federal and state laws while maintaining monthly variance reports. Aggressively pursue past due rent through follow-ups, evictions, and legal actions. Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for work scheduling and capital expenditures. Regularly inspect the community for cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal. Perform market research to price rental rates and ensure lease files are complete. Represent the company professionally at all meetings and events. Requires 2+ years of on-site property management experience and proficiency in Property Management Software.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of on-site Leasing, Assistant Manager, or Property Manager experience
- Strong computer proficiency including electronic communications
- Strong computer proficiency including CRM
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook
- Strong computer proficiency including Property Management Software
Desired Qualifications
- College-level education
- Industry designations (CAM, CAPS, CPM, Real Estate License)
