Job Summary
Multi-Site Community Manager responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and resident services across multiple California apartment communities. Leads on-site teams, ensures compliance with California laws and regulations (DRE license, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, landlord-tenant laws), and drives operational excellence. Oversees rent collection, budgeting, reporting, leasing, marketing, and resident relations; conducts site visits, and ensures move-in/move-out processes and inspections are properly executed. Includes on-site housing as part of the compensation and requires regular travel between properties.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Real Estate License (DRE)
- Valid driver's license
- 3-5 years property management experience, including multi-site management
- Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations
- Experience with move-in/move-out processes, inspections, and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to travel between sites as required
