Job Summary
VP - Community Manager in Consumer Banking leads a field-based community outreach and engagement program to grow One Chase business opportunities in underserved communities and diverse segments. The role builds relationships with Branch Managers, Bankers, and OneChase Partners to deliver financial education and product solutions, executes end-to-end events and workshops, and guides customers through financial health roadmaps. The position requires leadership, event coordination, relationship-building, executive-level communication, proactive time management, and strong problem-solving to drive community impact and branch-level engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with ability to influence across the firm and in the community
- Heavily organized with strong event coordination and project management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, peers, partners and contacts
- Executive presence with strong presentation skills in small and large/public group settings
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical, strategic and independent problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to discover needs and connects clients and business owners to the right resources
- Bilingual language preferred
- Dodd-Frank and SAFE Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators (NMLS) compliance
Additional Requirements
- NMLS registration required under SAFE Act; compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements; annual enhanced criminal screening; background and credit checks as part of employment process; regulatory fitness for role
