Job Summary
Community Manager with Section 8 and LIHTC experience responsible for the daily operations of the assigned property, including staffing evaluation, budgeting, leasing, occupancy, HUD compliance, and ensuring property standards. Assists Regional Manager with staffing decisions, budget development, and compliance tasks; oversees rent collection, unit turns, lease administration, and reporting while maintaining budget adherence and coordinating with property programs such as Project-Based Section 8 and Tax Credit. Utilizes Onesite for property management, organizes resident events, manages deposits and legal notices, prepares management reports, and ensures timely certifications and re-certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must have Section 8 experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 1 year of Property Management experience in a managerial role
- Must have working knowledge of affordable housing programs
