Job Summary
Community Manager based in Madrid responsible for acting as the voice and heartbeat of a premium automotive brand across social platforms. Create and manage local content, engage with the community, and maintain the brand’s voice. Responsibilities include community engagement (timely, professional member responses; daily content scheduling), content creation (collaborate with the content team to develop local ideas; produce engaging content for Facebook and Instagram; translate/draft copy in English and the local language), and performance analysis (partner with the data team to analyze performance and identify trends). The role requires professional-level fluency in Portuguese and English, strong writing and proofreading, deep knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms, attention to detail, and collaborative cross-functional skills with design, project management, and data teams. Previous experience as a Community Manager or in a similar social/editorial role is expected; bonus points for luxury automotive brand exposure and content optimization experience.
