Job Summary
As a Vice President - Community Manager in Chase's Consumer Bank, you will develop a community outreach and engagement program to grow One Chase business opportunities in underserved communities and diverse segments, build collaborations with Branch Managers, Bankers, OneChase Partners and Global Philanthropy, and deliver integrated financial health roadmaps and education through in-branch events and workshops (Chase Chats). You will own end-to-end event execution from outreach to enrollment, manage the community engagement calendar, and advocate for inclusion as a culture carrier in branches. The role requires leadership, exceptional people skills, executive presence, strong project management and the ability to translate community needs into resource connections and financial product access.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with ability to influence across the firm and in the community
- Heavily organized with strong event coordination and project management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, peers, partners and contacts
- Executive presence with strong presentation skills in small and large/public group settings
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, strong time management and prioritization skills and a passionate, authentic, bold team player
- Strong analytical, strategic and independent problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to discover needs and connect clients and business owners to the right resources
- Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators (contingent on offer)
- NMLS registration required upon active employment; annual renewal and updates thereafter
- Compliance with NMLS/S SAFE Act and related screening processes
- Annual enhanced criminal screening requirement
