Job Summary
Community Manager located in Mesa, AZ responsible for leading on-site operations, coaching and developing the leasing team, managing budgets and rent collections, overseeing leasing processes and compliance, coordinating maintenance and resident communications, and reporting to the Asset Director. Requires 2+ years of multi-family leasing management, strong financial/administrative skills, excellent communication and customer service, proficient MS Office and property management software, and a valid driver’s license. Role is on-site with emphasis on safety, compliance, and community engagement; bilingual skills are a plus.
