Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports while overseeing property operations at Meadow Creek Apartment Homes in Boulder, CO. Drive leasing activities, revenue growth, and resident satisfaction; manage the property budget and financial goals; ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies; provide exemplary service to residents and team members; leverage sales processes and metrics to optimize performance. On-site living benefit available; compensation includes a salary range of $75,000-$80,000 plus a 15% target bonus, commissions on new leases/renewals, and a 100% on-site apartment discount benefit.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry
- 2+ years of leadership experience in property management
- 2-4 years leading a team in a competitive sales/customer service environment
- knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce)
- flexible schedule with office hours Tuesday–Saturday 10:00am–6:30pm
- reliable transportation
