Job Summary

This role manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, overseeing the team, daily activities, and resources to meet financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company policies. Responsibilities include budgeting input, rent setting and collection, vendor management, lease enforcement, inspections, marketing and leasing strategy, resident satisfaction, managing maintenance staff, owner communications, and reporting. Requires leadership of property staff, coordination with owners, and adherence to state-specific lease procedures where applicable. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 4-6 years of related experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite). Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
  • 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
