Job Summary
Sourcing and screening licensed psychotherapists, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding bootcamps to drive therapist recruitment and retention. Maintain community engagement through newsletters, WhatsApp/FB groups, supervision sessions, and satisfaction tracking via NPS. Operate the Airtable CRM to monitor trial periods, analyze key metrics, and generate reports for data-driven decisions. Manage the full therapist lifecycle in Lithuania's established community, reporting to the international Community team. Requires native Lithuanian and B2+ English fluency, with experience in recruitment, community management, or client-facing roles. Ideal start date is September 1, 2026, for a part-time, remote-first freelance collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Native/fluent Lithuanian
- English at B2+
- Some hands-on experience in recruitment, HR, community management, or a client-facing role
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and a CRM/ATS like Airtable
- Able to take ownership and run with things without close supervision
- Active daily use of AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT or similar) as part of how you work
Desired Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, wellness, or something psychology-adjacent
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or across multiple markets
- Familiarity with tools like Linear, Airtable, or Metabase
