Job Summary
Manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community; leads the property team and resources; drives occupancy and revenue through effective leasing, budgeting, and financial reporting; ensures compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and related regulations; reviews market trends and implements short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals; promotes resident satisfaction, responds to resident questions and service requests, oversees maintenance and vendor relationships, and hires/trains staff to align with company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership abilities
- Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions
