Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of a lease-up apartment community, lead the property-management team, manage budgets and financial reporting, drive leasing and occupancy through marketing and resident services, ensure compliance with Fair Housing/ADA/FDCA and company policies, conduct regular property inspections, supervise staff (hiring/training/performance), coordinate with owners/clients, and ensure timely rent collection and vendor payment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 4-6 years of relevant experience; strong communication, leadership, and property-management software skills (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite); must have a valid driver’s license for on-site golf-cart operations.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on-property
- Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
