Job Summary
Manage property operations and leasing administration while monitoring financial operations to achieve budgeted NOI. Provide a quality living environment for residents by supervising on-site staff, ensuring maintenance standards, and collecting rent timely. Mentor team members to support outreach initiatives, leasing benchmarks, and resident retention goals. Contribute to team performance through sub-market analysis and direct leadership to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused group. Requires 4+ years in property management with supervisory experience, weekend availability, and proficiency in financial analysis and property management software.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in the property management field
- 2+ years' supervisory experience
- Must be able to work on the weekends
- Must be able to walk apartments and grounds, including steps and climbing stairs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L management skills
- Working knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing mandates and other legal issues affecting property management
- Experience with unit and common area renovations
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Computer Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated Leadership ability and proven track record of success with the leasing process
- Experience with property management software
