Job Summary
Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok; develop a playbook for showing up in each community with authentic value; grow subreddits into active, trusted communities; design a scalable content and engagement strategy that preserves authenticity while leveraging AI; collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure cross-channel consistency; measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations; demonstrate platform-native writing with a dislike of corporate-speak; bring 3+ years in community management (fintech/insurtech or similar) and a strategic systems-building approach to SEO and source-citation awareness; focus on making technical categories approachable and engaging for audiences over the long term; demonstrate patience, curiosity, and a preference for organic trust over quick PR wins.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in community management or organic social
- ideally in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer facing and/or regulated category
- ability to develop and implement an engagement strategy across platforms
- strong writing tone suitable for Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
- understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
- ability to measure sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic
- comfortable building systems and playbooks for consistent presence across communities
