Job Summary
Lead community outreach programs in Iowa City for One Chase, developing an engagement program, hosting financial health workshops and community events, and collaborating with Branch Managers, bankers and OneChase Partners to drive customer engagement and adoption of financial products. Build relationships to ensure financial education and product solutions are accessible, act as a Culture Carrier promoting inclusion, and manage end-to-end event execution from outreach to enrollment. Requires leadership, relationship-building, presentation skills, strategic thinking, project management, and proactive, self-starting work style.

Desired Qualifications
