Community Manager - Iowa City

Oversee all aspects of assigned property operations, including leasing and marketing strategy, maintenance oversight, day-to-day management, and budget monitoring. Directly supervise team members, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with governmental, legal, lease, safety, and technician standards. Successfully meet renewal leasing targets, sign new leases, and identify effective marketing paths while maintaining budget integrity. Assist in formulating annual property budgets, monitor ongoing variances, and develop immediate action plans.
