Job Summary
Manage Luma event pages, track RSVPs, and handle on-site logistics for SF workshops and mixers while moderating Discord and Facebook groups. Respond to member inquiries with speed and warmth, flagging standout stories for the content team, and record product demos for occasional livestreams. Source and interview ambassador candidates, onboard new city leads, and maintain the global events playbook to ensure consistent quality across chapters. Keep dashboards current on attendance, signups, and engagement metrics while capturing photos and clips from global chapters.
Required Qualifications
