Job Summary
Community Manager II Night Manager role responsible for the overall operation of the property, supervising on-site staff and vendors, maintaining occupancy and property standards, coordinating marketing and leasing activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing after-hours emergency coverage. Duties include overseeing maintenance/janitorial tasks, inspections, budgeting and financial reporting, resident relations, implementing policies, and collaborating with Resident Services and the Board as needed; position emphasizes leadership of a team to maintain a well-managed, compliant, and safe community.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- On-site property management or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate maintenance and leasing activities
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and fair housing practices
- Experience with budget preparation and financial reporting
