Job Summary
Develop strategic direction for Associations by collaborating with Board Members, Senior Managers, and the Resident Manager. Coordinate vendor contracts, audit invoices, and prepare monthly financial reports while monitoring budgets against critical success factors. Conduct monthly inspections of common properties to address deed restriction violations and administer enforcement of recorded rules and regulations. Prepare meeting notices, agendas, and minutes for all Board and annual meetings. Maintain alignment with the Board's mission and vision through accurate financial analysis and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of Community/Association management or equivalent experience
- Associates degree with 6-8 years of Community/Associate management or equivalent experience
- CMCA, AMS, or PCAM Designation
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Windows and MS Office with excellent Excel capabilities
