Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day management and coordination of association operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth community functioning. Work with Board Members, Senior Managers, and RM to develop strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the Board's mission, vision, and critical success factors. Develop, communicate, and monitor property budgets while reviewing monthly finances to recommend anticipated shortfalls or excess funding. Coordinate, negotiate, and administer vendor contracts, auditing and approving invoices in accordance with accounting procedures. Conduct monthly inspections of common properties, prepare deed restriction violation communications, and attend all Board and annual meetings. Administer procedures for enforcement of recorded rules, regulations, policies, and current laws. Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of community management experience, CMCA/AMS/PCAM designation, and proficiency in MS Office required.
