Job Summary
Lead community strategy for a specific area by delivering measurable business and financial health outcomes and creating a great client experience. Build and maintain strong partnerships with nonprofits, local leaders, and businesses to expand access to resources and education. Develop and execute an annual territory plan aligned with priority customer segments, translating strategy into actionable priorities. Design and deliver outreach programs, including financial health workshops and events, to build trust and provide practical guidance. Manage events from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up. Collaborate across One Chase and One JPMorganChase to align goals, coordinate resources, and maximize local impact. Adhere to budget, risk, and compliance requirements while championing culture and inclusion. Travel as needed for in-person engagement, training, and business meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence across the firm and in the community
- Strong event coordination, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to build authentic relationships with clients, partners, and community contacts
- Executive presence and strong presentation skills in both small and large group settings; with delivery in virtual, in-person and hybrid formats
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, excellent time management, and a passion for making a difference
- Strategic, analytical, and independent problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to discover needs and connect clients and business owners to the right resources
- Ability to travel as needed for in-person community engagement, training and business meetings
- Dodd Frank and SAFE Act compliance (employment contingent on review of criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and determination of financial responsibility, good character, and fitness for the position)
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 (required to register or update existing registration upon active employment)
- Compliance with JPMC Employment and Engagement of Minors Standard (including annual enhanced criminal screening)
