Community Manager - Hunter's Chase

Oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, manage the on-site team and resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals, supervise leasing activities and resident relations, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other laws, develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements and market trends, implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets, coordinate maintenance and vendor activities, conduct property inspections, manage vendor and owner communications, and ensure high resident satisfaction through timely resolution of issues.
