Community Manager - HOA Property Management

The Community Manager serves as the face of Spectrum Association Management, acting as the liaison between HOA boards, homeowners, and vendors. You will manage a portfolio of associations, plan and facilitate board and annual meetings, oversee vendor relations and bidding processes, coordinate with other departments, handle risk management and insurance support, and prepare and manage budgets. The role requires taking ownership of tasks, delivering excellent customer service, and demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. The position is mainly remote with a significant in-office presence during the first six months to ensure long-term success; after initial onboarding, a hybrid model (in-office and remote) is expected depending on role and business needs. Training includes mentorship, an in-house web-based academy, and updates on relevant regulations.
