Job Summary
Manage 5 to 6 HOA associations with support from a dedicated Associate Manager and administrative team; act as primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners; oversee operation and administration per management agreement and policies; review monthly financial reports and prepare board packages; coordinate and attend Board meetings; oversee inspections of building facilities and common areas; utilize PMP tools (maintenance calendar, action item tracker, financial summaries, delinquency tracker); provide recommendations to Board/committees; ensure effective use of tools and processes; requires 4-year degree (preferred), HOA/portfolio experience (preferred), and CMCA/AMS designation desired; strong customer service, budgeting, organizational skills, and proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year College Degree preferred
- 2 Years of experience as a HOA portfolio or on-site manager preferred
- CMCA certification preferred
- Extraordinary customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to quickly learn and understand company used software programs
- Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statements
- Strong organizational skills
- An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor
- CMCA or AMS designation desired
