Job Summary
As a Community Manager, you will be the on-site leader responsible for the financial success, operational excellence, and community culture of your property. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, leading a team, ensuring resident satisfaction, driving revenue through marketing and sales, overseeing financial management for positive NOI, and implementing compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in multi-family property management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and problem-solve effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
